Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between treated water and spring water?
Spring water comes directly from a natural underground source, protected from contamination. Naturally filtered by the soil, it is bottled on site without chemical treatment, retaining its minerals and unique taste.
Treated water, on the other hand, usually comes from a municipal water supply system. It is purified through various processes (filtration, chlorination, etc.) to ensure it is safe to drink.

How can damage be avoided with 18.9-litre and 11.3-litre bottled water?
Our bottles leave the bottling plant in perfect condition. However, transport or handling may cause microcracks, which could lead to water leaking onto the floor.
Before placing a bottle on your water cooler, lay it horizontally on the floor and press your knee on its center. If you notice a leak, return it to the store where you purchased it or ask your distributor for a replacement.
Does Amaro offer a delivery service? Is it flexible?
Yes, Amaro offers residential and commercial delivery service. Our distributors have trucks suitable for residential neighborhoods. You can arrange delivery details with one of them.
